Immersion heater problems. Really good communication from Paul. Attended the property the next day. I was kept up to date throughout and pictures were shared of the work. Paul arranged for his colleague Tyler to assist with a boiler breakdown. V responsive and was there next day at 8am to sort. Both Paul and Tyler were very professional, were able to give a good estimate of costs, and clearly know their stuff. And v conscious of covid measures. All in, a satisfied (and toasty warm) customer.
