Harry has been absolutely amazing property manager. He has helped us through a very bad tenancy, chasing, following up and keeping us regularly updated throughout the process. Very professional team, grateful as well to Ms. Mandeep Steward to have handled my case with proficiency and confidency. Everyone at Lawrence Rand was fantastic to deal with - Hayden, Paul and Alec were instrumental in finding us our first home in our ideal area, and then in helping guiding us through the buying process all the way to completion. Our purchase timeline was very testing because of the Stamp Duty holiday, but everyone at Lawrence Rand went above and beyond to support us, with a great blend of positivity, patience and persistence to get things done and over the line. Recently sold a property through Lawrence Rand and was extremely happy with their service all around.
From start to finish they were responsive and proactive in their communications and professional though-out. Even though all of the obstructions we had were on the purchase side, Alec was always extremely helpful with moving things along both with our sale and purchase where required, he also kept me updated with weekly calls (or more often as needed).
