Lots of companies can do tiles and we had a number of quotes for our patio, however, the communication with Alpha Tiles was outstanding. All thanks to Barbora who dealt with me. She completed our quote, helped us arrange reasonable delivery and took the order all on the same day. She kept me informed throughout the process. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.

Barbora at Alpha Tiles could not have been more helpful - from working in the showroom to select tiles and matching grout through to invoicing and delivery. It was a 5 star service. On top of that, very competitive pricing after I had shopped around as well. Can highly recommend them .

I've used Alpha Tiles a few times and have never been disappointed. Friendly staff, especially Barbora who has always provided helpful advice and is very knowledgable on all the products sold there. Always got good quality tiles at good prices and the tiles have always been delivered on time.

Alpha tiles in Kingsbury was for sure the best tile showroom we've visited. They have a large range of big samples in their showroom, their prices are much lower than the high street shops and they have many options from Italian factories. Babs was really helpful and knowledgeable on the subject and help me and my husband to choose the perfect tiles for our Kitchen, Bathrooms and living room for a great price. Highly recommended.
