It has become a dedicated division of the group, created to handle the growing Architectural/Design sector. Most appalling service EVER! One lady I spoke to seemed ever so lovely and helpful and the other lady who came questioning me about the tiles I was picking seemed to be so rude, frustrated and annoyed for some odd reason. Did not make any sense to me as to why one worker said I was able to take some samples bearing in mind I even asked to pay for them. She literally made me feel little asking me where I was from. Some people are SOOOO miserable for no reason. If you work in customer service act like it.

It's not often I feel inclined to write a testimonial for a supplier, but after over 15 years using Design Works products and never having the need to complain I felt it only fair to write something about their attributes.
