I was let down from a well known national tow bar company as they told me the wirering kit from my old van would fit my new van. Unfortunately it didn’t. I only found this out the day I was going away in my caravan. I rang Britannia towing centre who had a wiring kit in stock. Absolutely fantastic service. Went and collected the wire ring kit and I was able to fit it and still go away for the week end in my caravan. Fantastic service and even had a phone call to see how I was getting on. Strongly recommend.

Brilliant service and very friendly. He said it would take two hours and he was spot on. Really neat job. I noticed two brand new cars waiting for fitting. Car show rooms obviously use him too.
