Used this company on eBay. They used the cheapest courier known to have terrible customer service, who posted a card through saying they had left my items at the door. When I got home there was nothing outside my door. “Paul” (I highly doubt that’s his real name judging from the twang in his accent) from Yorkshire Paints would not entertain me whatsoever in providing a refund, but instead tried leading me to believe that they would refund me if I opened a dispute against them which I did. They are now ignoring me completely which is extremely rude and misleading. The money is spent on these
