Customer service was decent and advised us of the necessary bits needed to get a good finish.
The only disappointing thing is that we were told that the product wouldn't be effected by heat as it was being applied above a gas heater. The liquid wallpaper has now turned brown in the area above the heater which stands out quite a bit against the grey finish we chose. If known we probably would have chosen a darker finish.

The product themselves are really good but the customer service oh my days is terrible! I have emailed, I have rang them, I have tried going to the shop when it says it will be open ect but nothing! I'm a bag short so my living room is half finished and it's been like this for 6 months now!! That's how long I have tried to get into contact with them and I have had nothing.
I just need someone to speak to so I can get my living room finished.

NO GO ZONE - ABSOLUTELY POOR customer service and no response to my telephone calls, text messages, or the many emails I sent. I made a purchase through their website and paid via PayPal. They'll be happy to take your money but please note you will be IGNORED after making a purchase, should you have any questions (they don't care). I wanted to change the colour of the Liquid Wallpaper I received - no acknowledgement or response and it's coming up to a year. BUYERS THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING. There's many more reliable and kind local businesses around West Yorkshire that do the same type of wallpaper

Terrible customer service i have been trying for two months to sort out a product that i received which was the wrong colour and the container was smashed during delivery. Have emailed and rang during the times advised on web but have had no response. Product looked amazing and just what i was after but I am now very disappointed as i have the wrong colour and cannot sort the problem out, what a shame

Very bad company be warned do not buy from Silcotex. They have stolen my money, oreded last month and still no delivery. Called several numbers all dead lines and no response from email. I have had to request my money back from PayPal but still haven't been refunded. All positive reviews are a lie and performed by family members, do not trust
