Such a rubbish service! Took my order and then just cancelled out of no where! No courtesy email to explain! Now I have a birthday boy with no costume for his own party tomorrow!!! Awful!! Last time I put my trust in a small business when I need to rely on the service!!

Ordered and paid for an item for Halloween. They accepted the order and payment. They then inform me over a week later at 11.30pm that the item is out of stock "it is Halloween after all". Absolute horrible customer service. Joke of a company. "Thanks again"

I’m in the US. And ordered a transparent female clown mask. It’s too small for my face. I can barely see out of the eye holes. And whoever cut the mask from the mold did a terrible job. It’s cut very unevenly.… The paint is kind of dodgy as well. And the sticker someone put on the inside of the mask was pretty difficult to get off. It’s an okay mask, but I have difficulty wearing it. And, no. I don’t have a big head or a fat face. Lol. I would love to wear it, if it were made bigger. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The shop it's online, we didn't realise that. We thought it was an actual shop so we went in ( it was a warehouse).
The people there were absolutely lovely and very welcoming, they brought some costumes out for us so we can try them.
They have a vary wide variety of costumes and at really good quality.
