Had an amazing visit to grab some supplies for a friend's 21st birthday party. The man working there was super friendly, approachable and brilliant help answering every question I had 😊 the items are on the pricer side but it's all good quality stuff with things you might not necessarily find elsewhere. I will definitely come here again in the future and really do recommend dropping in if you have a party, birthday or even wedding that you're planning to decorate for 😊🎉

Good selection, helpful staff. Spoke with Claire who was very helpful. If you want bigger sizes give them a ring and they can usually get you what you need. Big sizes aren't in store but give them a call and they can get what you need.

Beware. My son bought two costumes for £52.98 on Friday 27 October. The party was cancelled so he went back with the costumes (unopened, unused) on Saturday morning and politely asked to return them. The shop refused a refund saying it was to close to Halloween. The shop had no shortage of customers. It would only issue a credit note to be used within six months. Mean service = loss of custom.

Poor service, no reply to e-mails , no tracking ,items do not arrive at all. Crazy far away estimated arrival dates. Probably in hopes that you forget that you spent the money so they can keep it, Had to get paypal involved.

Love this place staff always so helpful and will check stock upstairs if you can't find size downstairs also will order stuff in for you. Prices are great and you can pretty much find anything you want

Brilliant service and lovely shop I have used a few times and most recently for my daughters 1st birthday party - a huge range of colours to choose from, all the balloons were all ready on time as arrange and they have lasted a lot longer than I thought - many thanks x

I found this company online searching for children s costumes. A quick phone to a very helpful man and I knew they had in stock what we were looking for. So jumped in the car and collected from the shop about 30 minutes later. Very nice lady in the shop sorted everything for me and even I was surprised by how many costumes they have in stock.

Ordered an item online, with a "guaranteed delivery date". FDAP chose a courier that then failed to deliver, which resulted in me having to drive to the courier's depot not once but twice. Managed to get the item in time for the event, then tried contacting FDAP to complain and perhaps be offered some form of compensation for time and fuel. All replies from FDAP dismissive and blaming the courier. Who chose the courier? The paying customer leaves in a disgruntled manner, FDAP still can't be bothered to call. 8 weeks later. Appalling customer service - beware of ordering online form this organisation

Ordered past their cut off time for next day delivery so I phoned their helpline to check the possibility of getting the costume next day.
The gentleman I spoke with was pleasant, understanding and very helpful.
The costume was delivered the following morning, wow.
