Services
We only employ the most skilled, qualified and experienced support staff, from a broad spectrum of competent backgrounds, particularly in psychology and psychotherapy. Our popular resource room, private therapy room and art studio are utilised fully for therapy groups and one to one sessions, including art therapy, psychotherapy, photo therapy, music therapy and drama therapy.
Our own psychotherapist has one to one sessions available for service users living at Keystones houses and flats. All residents and the staff representative attend weekly house meetings where issues, concerns and ideas regarding the house can be raised. For the creative minded a full art room resource is provided with a fully qualified art therapist with MA.
Our Online referral process is not only quicker and easier but offers full security with all information being encrypted, secure and using only initials. We never request service user names online until a later stage upon a visit to Keystones. We will call you shortly after receiving the referral. Please Note; Our referral form is for people living outside of Bristol only.
Service users will receive input from a small team of staff with whom they can build a trusting and productive working relationship. Staff will offer consistent support/care both one-to-one and as part of a small group. All service users will be offered a key worker who they feel comfortable and confident working with.
Keystones require a Full Time Mental Health Worker. You will join our multi-disciplinary team supporting adults living in our houses and move on flats in North Bristol, working closely on individual care plans encouraging social inclusion, participation and progress. The role will involve working with service users to maximise independence and facilitate positive change.

Keystones are the BEST supported housing service, I have had ever the privelidge of living with and I've been with a few ;) Staff are all wonderful, caring, experienced, and dedicated. I would struggle to think of ways they could be better. Thank you Keystones, you have given me the best chance to have a good future, and since living with you I have purpose to my days, always something to look forward to, and I couldn't be more thankful. At keystones people aren't just maintained and institutionalised, they are a well rounded service, where no dream or goal is unrealistic.
