Services
Set up in 2005 by healthcare specialists, Ludlow Street Healthcare has developed a reputation for its ethical person-centred approach, community-focused settings and consistent outcomes.

For over a decade, we have worked in partnership with the NHS, developing services and investing in the necessary health infrastructure and staff training, to support patients on their journey to recovery and a more independent and fulfilling life, through step-down to community living - improving social integration and inclusion.
Working exclusively with adults with complex mental health needs, Ludlow Street Healthcare provides a number of different specialist services to meet very specific service user needs. Supported by our in-house multidisciplinary teams all our services operate within the framework of Positive Behavioural Support and detailed recovery and rehabilitation pathways tailored to each individual.
We take the time to see the person, understand their individual needs and put them at the centre of everything we do. At Ludlow Street Healthcare every person is treated as an individual with his or her own beliefs and needs. With your involvement we will draw up an individualised plan of care for you, enabling you to be actively involved in your own recovery, rehabilitation or care action plan.
Our primary purpose as an organisation is to provide individual care and support to our service users at all times. For those really difficult times when extra support is needed we have teams of clinicians and support workers to help work through crisis moments.

But if anyone else is visiting our site and feels in crisis and in need of urgent help, either for themselves or someone else, we have listed some support organisations that we would encourage you to contact so that you can access the help you need immediately.Provides confidential, non-judgmental emotional support for people experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those that could lead to suicide.
Clinical Excellence; effective delivery through outcome-focused, evidence-based treatment. We believe choosing the right models of care and the most appropriate approaches to treatment is key to ensuring consistency and excellence of delivery in any clinical setting. All the care we provide is evidence-based, person-centred and consistent with best practice guidance.

I'm a mother of my daughter who is currently at pinetree Court Rumney in Cardiff, she is always full of bruises when myself and my wife gets to see her, a former employee who visited my property escorting my daughter told me that the clients were antagonised more so in the evening and they would get a PRN then sent off to bed just for a easy shift, the communication is pathetic to be honest, I'll be glad when she is out of the damn place, at least I will be able to get more contacts with her and no more bruises and 4 years on and no further forward.
I'm apauled with the whole system 😡😠

Have worked for Ludlow Street Healthcare for nearly a year, and have been really impressed at how the welfare and recovery of our service users is everyone's number one priority. There is a great feeling that everyone works together as teams right up to the Directors who are actively involved in the day-to-day care. There can be hard days, but its worthwhile when you hear some of the great stories about our service users' successes.

I worked for them for a year at st peters for people with Huntingtons and dementia, I have tested postive for Huntingtons and were very helpful at first, but i was worn down by lack of staff, gloves, nappies, snacks etc. I needed time off sick and the became rude, nasty and didnt pay me until a week after. if any of my family was here, I would take them out immedialy.
