Like the client portal. Their quote was competitive. But in hindsight, I would have gone with someone else. Service is terrible. Sending e-mails, and I get response a week later. Call to simply inquire about the status of my MVL, and was told to leave a message to be returned same day. Three days later still waiting. Disappointed.

Clarke Bell are very easy to deal with, they guide you through the process step by step and the distribution happened within a couple of days of their original estimate. Initial docs have to be sent by paper mail then all MVL paperwork is down/up loaded via a portal with SMS notification of any activity being required as new docs are made available for review/action. All very easy to do but does take some time and effort as MVL is a very legal process - you need to arrange to swear a document at a solicitor on a specific date and your accountant must also be available and prepared to assist, e
