Brighter have recently cleared out my garage for refurbishment works. The guys on site were friendly and informative.
The help desk kept me up to date with any news and planning.
My garage is being converted to a cosy bedroom/nursery, ready for our new addition.

I contacted Brighter to carry out an electrical rewire of my property. The guys came out and quoted within 48 hours, the cost of the work was very reasonable overall. Works were completed as stated and I’m thrilled to say we have peace of mind.
They are professional and very informative giving me the option to choose works within my budget.

Referred to us via our regular contractors who were not specialised to carry out this level of work. 2 of our commercial boilers had failed at a time we had full occupancy. We run an established hotel in Leeds city centre (wouldn't want to divulge name on google). I have to complement them of their services from start to finish. Helpdesk very attentive, engineers very knowlegable and discreet. Will use again

I had two cowboys turn up to do works then they said they would come back to finish the works and never arrived ?? After phoning and then email them I got a call back 1 week later just to say that they have been and finished the works ?? The electrics are so badly done it's been condemned and part finished kitchen units . I paid over £10000 and I'm afraid I won't see that again .. they use all the charm to get your money but as soon as you question anything they don't care .. avoid at all cost as this is a cowboy firm set up last year but makes out that they have been around for years . Fantastic outfit. We were referred to Brighter through a friend as we have been refurbishing a Victorian property in Sheffield. Previously, we had struggled in getting decent contractors and for the first 3 months of the development and we were at a loss feeling quite deflated. They came, priced up fairly and the work started. We were over the moon with the finish throughout. Customer service was great. They were always on hand to take a call and make any changes to the original order. Couldn't recommend them enough.
