Worst cleaning service EVER! I live in a flat with a communal entrance which I pay £3 a week for and is supposed to be cleaned once a month. I've been here almost 2 years and the cleaners have only cleaned the communal area 5 times max! Rest of the times they have signed the cleaner sheet and left without doing any cleaning. I have complained and complained to my council about this and nothing has been done about it or the cleaners responsible. Absolutely disgusting and lazy, completely avoid.

I worked for them for 2 days with my friend in August and got told not to go back because I couldn't go in on the 3rd day because my little boy wasn't well who was under 1 at the time and everytime I message about getting paid I get ignored even though I did work for them

They could actually have a cleaner help me out clean the school as I was the caretaker until unfair dismissal and not actually never meeting new supervisor after previous supervisor left the company due to poor welfare/personnel management. I worked 13 month with no cleaner not paid the hour I worked being locked in my office and having provide… my own hoover and tools to do the job. As I help the school not get shut down because I updated the fire regs folder as I have fire marshal advanced. Update the Legionnaires folder as I have Legionnaires advanced and stopped the school from being

Worked of maxim for nearly 3 years now and if anyone knows the cleaning industry it’s challenging
You have great management support right up to the directors

I left maxim 2 and a half months ago and they are withholding my p45 and refusing to pass on details of my workplace pension even after numerous attempts to clear this matter up they just fob me off. Plus I've had a letter saying that I hadn't given notice (which i did in writing 3 weeks prior to leaving and provided proof) and was classed as absent. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!
Website goes on about reward and recognition - absolute nonsense.
Avoid this company at all costs
