Andrea White (ably supported by Lizzie Kendrew) helped turn a truly complex and depressing process into something easy to understand. I was kept informed throughout (without needing to prompt) and felt like I was dealing with a human being rather than someone couching advice in guarded legal terms. Each promise made was kept. If I could use Brady for all legal matters, I absolutely would and genuinely can't recommend their services highly enough.

Lizzie and Andrea at Brady have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with my lease extension. They are genuinely passionate about what they do and their pricing is in line with the market. But what really sets them apart from 99% of the solicitors that I have dealt with in my life is their responsiveness and communicativeness. If you send them an email, you are guaranteed a response within 24 hours. You can't say that for most solicitors.

Brady's were my allocated solicitors when I completed a lease extension so I knew nothing about them, I needn't have worried as both Andrea and Lizzie were absolutely fantastic. Every email or phone call I made was answered promptly and unlike a lot of solicitors I found them very friendly and helpful! When I needed my lease extension expedited through land registry to enable a remortgage this was dealt with really quickly. I would highly recommend Brady's to anyone who is thinking of using them.

Lease extension of our flat was handled by Lizzie Kendrew who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Soon after the extension when we sold the property she went the extra mile to get the lease updated with the Land Registry within couple of days. We are grateful to her for that! I would wholly recommend Brady Solicitors for all works related to Lease Extensions and would definitely use them again.

I used Brady Solicitors for a lease extension which went on for months. At times I was tearing my hair out at the process but Lizzie, who I dealt with, was excellent. She dealt with all my queries and wobbles and was extremely professional, easy to work with and efficient. I was kept fully informed and given the best advice throughout. I really appreciate this excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to use Brady's again (though I never want to do a lease extension again!) Thanks again Lizzie, you did a great job, much appreciated.

Lizzie and Andrea were very friendly, calm and clear to speak to and very professional and helpful throughout the process to extend the lease on my London flat. I chose the company as they represented value for money compared to London firms, and they proved that they also get the job done efficiently and effectively. I would thoroughly recommend them.
