We booked this as a group of 14 for a hen party, but have now had to cancel due to covid restrictions. We only got a partial refund as they wouldn’t refund the £25 deposit. They also had the audacity to want to charge a £10 refund fee (what?!?) per person! Even though we booked as a group and only need one refund to be completed for the entire booking! Wouldn’t risk booking again!
