We asked for help with a soundproofing issue and received very generous from Chris and full details on how to handle the problem - we had no choice in which company to use to solve the problem, but the company we used to do the tests confirmed everything that Chris had told us in an informal phone call. Parker Jones did a sound assessment for my domestic air con that I was required to provide for the council. They were professional and thorough. They provided us with a solution to reduce the noise level and the council found no objections!
