Landlords Safety Certificates Report

We save the details and date of the certificate for the following year, and set a reminder, so we can perform the checks each year with ease. We provide gas safety certificates to suit your individual requirements and preferences, either by email or paper versions by post. Taylor Gas Services offer landlords a set price, regardless of the number of appliances in the house or flat.

We had a pigeon stuck behind our gas fire , Andy came out the same day and removed the pigeon , would definitely recommend very professional and reasonably priced , will be using him again in the future

My boiler stopped working this morning and I rang Andy, he told me how to fix the problem myself and the heating is back on. Can't get much more honest and trustworthy than that.

Andy came out when he said, and did a fantastic job of sorting my heating, even though it was a frustrating day for him, he stuck with it until the job was complete and charged no extra, now all my radiators have never been so hot.

Andy came out to repair our boiler within an hour of us calling him He went over and above to locate a part to repair our existing boiler and had our heating back on within 30mins.

Needed help to fix a leak and turned up within minutes to sort that so we could still have running water. Then returned the next day to complete that and a further job. Arrived when he said he would, did a good job for a reasonable price and a decent friendly bloke with it. Thanks Andy!

Contacted Andy at Lunchtime for a small job. He said he would call on his way home. He turned up when he said and did the job there and then.
