After phoning Premier Autocentre regarding a service for my Hyundai I was very happy with the lady I spoke to and although they are not my nearest dealer I opted to have the service carried by them, and I was so glad I did as the whole process was dealt with great professionalism from the greeting through to the repair process. I have been dealing with Premier Autocentres now for over 15 years and have always enjoyed excellent service. Even though I have now moved to live over a hundred miles away I decided to buy my latest car from Premier, having recently had a none too impressive experience with a local dealership. As in the past I received excellent service at Premier, even though much of the deal had to be accomplished remotely. As I have come to expect at Premier, all members of staff I met were polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. I would without hesitation recommend Premier to anyone.

I had a really good experience with premier Autocentres. I was discouraged before getting my car, as I couldn't get finance anywhere, however Gary and Daniel here sorted it all out for me at a good rate. From the first phone call at choosing a car I liked and wanted to view Daniel was so nice! He wasn't at all pushy like other car places I've enquired at. I viewed the car, test drove it and took it away on the same day, not having to sort anything out what so ever, apart from my insurance that evening. Everything was explained and nothing was too much for him. I would highly recommend this dealership

Excellent annual Hyundai service and MOT. There are really good people working there, who took into account some Covid shielding issues fully and professionally and charged a very reasonable price for the job. I've used Premier for many years and I can highly recommend them, probably the only garage I've ever been able to do that for.

Continue to 100% recommend - so helpful to me as I'm a carer for a 94 year old with dementia so trying to get things done is very difficult. Premier Autos. Surprises at every corner. And all for good and even better. The best thing that has happened to me in the last 3 years!
