Best cafe in West London
From fry ups to (good) restaurant grade food.
Consistently good for years - some things just don't need to change and this is one of them

I had a World Cup breakfast here with an add on of black pudding and extra sausage and my girlfriend had a cheeseburger and chips. I’ve got to say it was delicious and the portions were generous. The steak was lovely on the breakfast and so were the sausages and my girlfriend loved the burger. It’s not cheap but theirs no arguing it’s great value for money based on what you get. Very impressed

I had to buy a customised healthy breakfast today as there wasn't one as a set menu which cost me £14.35. The salmon was a very pale pink clearly looking like farmed salmon and was tough to eat. The colour of the egg yolks were also very pale which could mean that the eggs were not of the best quality. Shame...

Greedies serves excellent breakfast and is the only place I've seen do fried toast right! Yum yum gimme some!!
The cashier was rude though, more interested in speaking in her language to her colleagues than attending to the patrons of the restaurant... so I'll go ahead and knock off a star for the attitude.
Great food though!

It's 9 o'clock on Sunday morning and 3 of us were off to Lord's for the Test Match. Greedies was near where we met so we piled in for 2 Full English and an omelette. 7 members of staff were on duty, they outnumbered the customers; our breakfasts arrived promptly and piping hot. Delicious. Nice fresh orange juice. We'll brewed tea. A great start to a great day. £25 wasn't cheap. Although we didn't need to buy an even more expensive lunch at Lord's. Next time the cricket is on we'll certainly open the batting at Greedies again.

We went there for brunch on Sunday. As we are not local decided to follow our friends recommendation for a brunch place in Isleworth.
All together for eggs royal, ‘world cup’ breakfast, two coffees and one glass of orange juice we have paid over £28. The price wouldn’t have been too bad if the food was delicious, but... my eggs royal were hard boiled (see photos), by boyfriend’s most expensive full English was without beans (they said were were supposed to choose either beans or tomato but nobody asked us when ordering!) When we asked about the beans the lady didn’t even offer them

Was visiting Twickenham Stadium for the U2 concert back in July. Was starving, so popped into Greedies on recommendation of a friend who used to live in Isleworth. Great food, nice place, reasonably priced, and really good quality good. If I'm in the area again I know where I'll be going for a good quality all day breakfast!
