They have an Amazon storefront, on which they sell things they do not have to sell. Delivery deadlines missed and no communication. None. Their brick and mortar operation might be ok, but their online behaviour casts doubt on their trustworthiness as a company. [Update in response to owner's reply: No, it was never explained to me. I'm sorry you were hacked, but this is the first 'communication' of any kind I've had from you.]
