Foot pedal operated heat sealers are great for low-medium usage they allow sealing to be operated with hands free to aid lifting or positioning your product. Most come with a floor stand and the working height is around 77cm so the operator can sit down or stand up. The seal width is wider than the hand sealers at 5mm giving a more aesthetic finish.
Hand impulse sealers are generally the entry models into heat sealing plastic bags and then as volumes increase you may upgrade to a foot switch operated heat sealer. But if you require more speed then the next consideration should be a rotary continuous band sealer. The band sealers are easy to use and once the temperature and conveyor speed have been set then the sealer can operate for long periods of time.
Vacuum bag heat sealing machines serve a host of purposes and allow you to safely package food, pharmaceutical goods and other materials into tightly-sealed bags with the air removed from the inside. We were experiencing problems with our heat sealer, we contacted the original company that we bought it from ( major catalog distributor) and they said that they had never heard of the issue. We were annoyed as we had had to replace our previous heat sealer because of the same problem. On the off chance I decided to call Pack Sealer to see if they had cross across our issue. Got through to Chris and Steve and immediately they said 'Ah we know exactly what you mean' which was such a relief. They talked us through how to resolve, we followed their instructions and within a minute our problem was

Had an issue with my heat sealer just before Christmas. Spoke to Chris who organised a WhatsApp call with me. He quickly identified the problem for me ( a broken heating element) and dispatched a replacement that morning.
We got it the following evening and were able to restart production right away. I cannot speak highly enough of Chris and his "can do" attitude. Just what was needed in the situation.

Great kit, and great service!
We use a 10mm heat-sealer in our kitchens to seal our soup bags. The seals need to be super-secure, as we deliver our soup by cargo bike, and there's quite a lot of bouncing... we've never had any issues with the heat-seals giving way. Chris Hibbert has dealt with me and my enquiries for years now, and he's always on it - cheery on the phone, and swift to send out any pieces of kit. I absolutely recommend Pack Sealer.
