Managing Change was established in 2005 to provide expert and professional coaching services to private and public sector organisations, harnessing evidence-based psychological knowledge and understanding. We are passionate about the value of good coaching and the catalytic effects it can have on performance, job satisfaction and personal fulfilment.
Our executive coaching provides expert 1:1 development and support for high potential/high performing people, as well as those requiring support to address obstacles or challenges. Our one-to-one coaching is based upon a partnership between your 'coachee' and our coach. Our skilled coaches use a combination of observation, questioning, listening and feedback to create a conversation rich in insight and learning.
Our leadership development programmes are designed to provide targeted interventions for current leaders and those aspiring to join them. At the heart of our work is our leadership development model which draws upon the latest evidence-based thinking, research and practice.
