Like many notaries, I am also a qualified solicitor. I qualified as a solicitor in 2010, working for a niche property firm in Notting Hill. I then worked for a brief period at a UK Top 50 law firm in Cambridge, before leaving to set up as a consultant solicitor. I now specialise in leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions, advising a range of clients across the country.
I am a qualified Notary Public, having completed the Notarial Practice Course at University College London. I am also able to arrange for documents to be apostilled at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and legalised at various foreign consulates in London. This is required by many countries, to ensure the authenticity of my seal and my authority to act as a Notary Public.

Services
Witnessing signatures on deeds and contracts for the purchase or sale of land and property abroad. Documents to deal with the administration of the estates of people who are abroad, or own property abroad. Copies of professional qualifications (e.g. for Doctors, Nurses, Dentists and Teachers moving abroad).
A seal is a device for making an embossment on paper, and the word 'seal' also informally describes the impression made. Seals were used in the earliest civilizations, and notaries still use them today.
In England and Wales, each registered notary has an individual personal seal, registered with the Faculty Office and the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, which includes the notary's name, designation and usually a pictorial emblem (often an animal - as found in many seals from Ancient Greece). My seal includes a picture of 'Petal' the muntjac.

A Notary Public is a qualified lawyer and member of the oldest branch of the legal profession in the United Kingdom. Notaries are appointed by the Court of Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury and are subject to regulation by the Master of the Faculties. A notary's role is primarily to deal with the authentication and certification of signatures and documents for use abroad.
As a Notary Public, my primary duty is to you, as the client, but I also owe a duty of care to any other person or body who may rely on the document (including government bodies and other officials worldwide). I must therefore ensure full compliance with the relevant regulations and requirements, both here and overseas as appropriate.

We have used Natalie's services as a Notary Public on many occasions, and found her to be extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. Having much overseas business, there is no end to the documentation that needs notarizing, certifying, etc. A delight to work with, I would recommend her highly to anyone!

Extremely pleased with the excellent Notary service Natalie provides. She cross-checks the documents very carefully (always nice to have another pair of eyes look for errors).
She then explains the process to you, goes through the oath followed by her signing , dating & applying her Notary Seal.
She is so very kind & helpful and I totally recommend her if you need forms notarized. Will definitely be going to her for all my future document-authetication needs. 5 stars is not enough, she needs 10!
