At Bristol Twenty Tea & Coffee Co we have pooled a collective total of 40 years experience in the coffee and catering trades to provide a one stop solution to your tea and coffee needs. We supply a large range of commercial coffees, as well as a unique blend of small batch roasted espressos and unusual single estate coffees.
We understand the importance of your espresso machine to your business. We have a dedicated team of factory trained engineers fully experienced in espresso machine maintenance to look after our coffee customers equipment. Each of our engineers has a stock of spares enabling us to achieve a high level of first time fixes.
Want to teach someone how to make a flat white? Perhaps you'd like to point your employees in the direction of a helpful resource. At Bristol Twenty we have created a collection of step-by-step videos designed to help people set standards in the coffee industry and minimise downtime. These videos demonstrate how to create popular coffee drinks, as well as fix issues with coffee grinders and machines.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Having tasted the Espresso 442 bean (which was obviously made into an Espresso or Americano, I am not a savage and don't eat coffee beans!) in a fantastic coffee shop in Tetbury (which also make amazing cakes to go with the liquid gold coffee!) ... I decided to buy it direct myself.
That was a few years ago now and every 2 months I order the same (if it aint broke dont fix it!).
The team (whether Rory or Kate or another gem from the team) respond to emails within MINUTES! ALWAYS! ... no Covid excuse in this firm ... ie "sorry we are not responding to calls/emails

Very pleased with the service. Royal Mail messed up the delivery but Bristol 20 immediately rectified the situation and gave me a Brucie Bonus for the delay! My correspondence was replied to immediately. My coffee was roasted on the day it was posted and of course the packets are marked with the roasting date. Also they do a half the caffiene coffee which I was finding hard to get hold of elsewhere. 🤓☕

We sell Bristol Twenty coffee at Ocean Adventurers soft play in Cheddar, which we opened in July this year, and have had some really great customer feedback on the Las Acacias blend in particular that we sell. We also sell a range of teas and a decaf coffee blend provided by Bristol Twenty.
All of the products are really well branded and are of the highest quality. The service is really responsive and customer-focussed too. There's not much more that they could have done for us (they even gave all of our staff free barista training!) and we are really happy with our coffee machine and the coffee

A fabulously ethical and environmentally conscious business, with a wonderful selection of coffees, all of which are of the highest quality.

As a brand new customer I couldn't feel more supported by these guys! As a first point of call Katie gave great advise and couldn't have been more helpful. Rory knew absolutely everything and really helped with getting everything together before we launched, an absolute life saver. I own and run The Blue Room in Nailsea, where we recently added a 'tea room' to our lovely local arts and crafts gallery. Our customers consistently comment on how much nicer our coffee and tea is than a nearby national chain of coffee shops! Added to that, the service we receive from Rory, Chris, Kate and their team is excellent. They're always on hand to help, nothing is too much trouble, and no question is too trivial. I believe in using local suppliers where possible and it's certainly paid off for us.
