What started out as a hobby, from a passion for cooking, fitness and trying new dishes has since developed into a full time business. Freshly Spiced is run by myself (Tom) and my wife Claire. Our focus being high quality, vibrant spices and blends, with simple recipes making for a unique range of recipe kits.
All our spices and spice blends are toasted first to enhance the aromas and ground in small batches on a regular basis. We offer a really fresh, natural product that is free from additives or preservatives. All our blends come with accompanying recipes on our website and also our youtube channel, this is continually growing to offer multiple recipes per blend.

Advieh Spice Blend We are proud to have achieved a 2 star Great Taste award in 2020 for our Persian Advieh Spice Blend. In 2019 we won a Great Taste Award for our Ethiopian Berbere Spice Blend.

Bought the coffee and Indian eggs spices at Carrington Market along with some other cooking blends.
The coffee spice is excellent and I must confess that the Indian egg spice has become one of my favourite… dishes ever. Absolutely delicious.
We are still to use the blends we bought to make bigger dishes but know they will be excellent too.
They sell handy Freshly Spiced dispensers too which has become a permanent addition to our tea and coffee shelf.

Brought their Garamond Masala blend before Christmas from their stall at the Chilwell Sunday market. It really made my Sliming World Dahl soup delicious. Have recently put an order in on their website. So have… brought their 3 curry blends but also treated my self to their sweet blends. Usually have mixed spice in my morning porridge. Tried their Purple blend which includes Cinnamon, Star Anise and cardamom. Just yummy. Will definitely be buying again. Can’t wait to use the new curry blends
