Louis and the team at Patchway have been absolutely brilliant in helping us to 'get over the line' with a Flat Sale which was made very difficult by the buyer's incompetent Solicitor at every stage. Would definitely recommend Westcoast to anyone thinking of selling in this area - they are very approachable and respond positively in a timely manner.

We chose to sell through Westcoast based on our experience of originally buying our house through them. This turned out to be an excellent decision as the Patchway team went above and beyond in many ways to get us completed in time for the end of the stamp duty holiday. Particularly Ian and Louis who put a lot of late hours in dealing with difficult conveyancers and vendors elsewhere in the chain. We will definitely be using Westcoast again when the time comes around.

I would highly recommend West coast Patchway. Very professional and efficient service. We have sold two properties and purchased one all through them. We have had lots of dealings with Louis and Ian who are both helpful, friendly and approachable. All the team are really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would not hesitate to use them for any future moves.

With a complicated chain that could have fallen through a few times, the highly experienced Gemma and rachael went above and beyond to make sure we got the property we wanted in the end..
