I was invited by a good friend to attend an attunement class, not really knowing what Reiki entailed. I found that Reiki gave me a great focus and a generalsense of balance in life. Never had any experience with reiki before and after reading Google reviews decided to try myholistics.me
Brian has a room within his premises that seems dedicated to his work. He was engaging and explained the treatment and what to expect prior to starting.
He plays calming music and performs reiki. He is a master at his art. I had inadvertently left my phone on during my treatment and twice it disturbed me - I say me as Brian asked if i wanted to get it & when I said no, he went straight back without skipping a beat!
With regards to reiki - this is my first treatment & I researched it due

I recently had my first ever Reiki session with an experienced Reiki master, Brian from myreiki.me. Whilst I had heard about Reiki I didn’t fully understand what it was, or the benefits of what it would do for me. I booked my session and refrained from “Googling" as I wanted the whole experience to be as natural and unscripted as possible.
On Saturday Brian arrived at my home complete with treatment bed, cushions, blankets, mini speakers, and a gentle but confident smile. He shook my hand and I showed him into a quiet area where he could set things up. Once he finished getting everything in
