Yoga classes are mainly held in private gyms which require a membership to attend. Some classes are held at community leisure centres and are open for all to attend. Yoga sessions which take place in your workplace. Studio equipment is provided. I also teach yoga workshops locally which allow you to develop your practice further or you may be interested in pursuing a particular topic.

The Chakras (energy centres in the body) are depicted by the Lotus flower. When the chakras are balanced, we are healthy and well. Both Yoga and Reiki, support the journey to health and well being on a physical and spiritual level. The lotus is the most beautiful flower, whose petals open one by one.
Asana is a steady, comfortable posture. Asana (yoga posture) means the posture that brings comfort and steadiness. Any pose that brings this comfort and steadiness is a yoga asana. If you can achieve one pose, that is enough. It may sound easy, but in how many poses are we really comfortable and steady?
Whatever your fitness level, all classes are mixed ability. Practice at a level that suits you. Modifications or alternative postures are given where appropriate. Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga styles are offered in community leisure centres and private gyms in Preston, Chorley and Bolton. Each session ends with a relaxation.
