Received translated docs with many mistakes. Had to check every single details myself before giving them green light unlike elsewhere in Poland. Took three rounds of emails to correct all mistakes / half of my day. I should have done all the work myself and ask if I can have the stamp for half of the price?!
What worse, the translation wasn’t done for the purpose, useless!!!
No professional advise on translation, staff unable to translate correctly including miss-spelling Liverpool as Liveroppl! No apology, no refund. Ah, didn’t mark them down for response- they respond very quickly blaming
