Stayed here with a young family, really convenient. Very clean apartment, all the things are here to make a fully self catered offer, this is great for us with kids under 5. There is a big Asda next door if you need anything. Secure parking, and right by the bus, straight into town 20-30 mins every 10 mins. There are good restaurants in Leith, and Ocean terminal has shops and the royal yacht. It's not in the centre but I think it's really well located.

Have stayed in many apartments in Edinburgh during Christmas New Year period particularly liked these as price far better very quiet and clean/free wifi etc. Underground car parking provided which is an added bonus and although looks far away from centre of Edinburgh only a 20-25 min bus journey during day (No10)to Princess St (15 mins at… night)£4 for all day bus ticket and bus terminus outside flats. Asda is 5 minute walk away and additional buses 1 minute from Asda. Ocean Terminal is a 12 min walk away. Will be back next year as suited us perfectly. Only suggestion I would make

Great spacious apartment with everything you could need. Car parking underneath which is very secure. Easy walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants. Handy super big supermarket also within easy walking distance. The only thing I would add is door clips being added so that doors can be held open, they all fall closed which makes the apartment extremely dark. Overall great place to stay

My husband, mother and I have just spent two nights at these apartments whilst visiting Edinburgh and can highly recommend them!
Situated at the end of a promontory overlooking Leith harbour, the apartment was clean and well maintained.
We were in a two bedroomed ground floor apartment so had a restricted view, but I should imagine the higher floors have a great view.
The open plan accommodation has two sofas, a coffee table and a small dining set, seating four. A decent sized flat screen TV sits in the corner.

We are very pleased with the Hotel, room, view, layout of beds and most of all, the customer service. Lucy was incredible and eager to make our stay enjoyable. We are a family of 5 with three kids and they were very happy to have their own bed. We stayed in B22 and had a view of the bay from every room. Thank you. We will definitely stay here next time. The only problem we had was the internet was SUPER SLOW.

Good view over the harbour and back towards city (not all rooms have that view). Good secure parking with easy lift access, and apartments well equipped with full sized ASDA supermarket less than 1 mile. Good wifi. Only negative was the squeaky floorboards which are overdue for a refresh along with the couch, but they are minor issues.

Would've given 5 stars if the mattress were of better quality. I stayed there last week for 4nights with my family. Had a family 2bed apartment + two 2 bed apartments. Absolutely lovely place to stay, home from a home with Underground parking. Its 3.8 miles from Edinburgh Centre ( bus stop right outside ). Its Near the Harbour and Royal Yacht Britannia. David is a great manager. Any problems and it's dealt with Straight away . Can't recommend enough. 👍👍👍👍

Fantastic apartments, very spacious, clean and modern with the staff being very friendly and helpful. Been here twice and we'll be back.
The apartments have a bus stop on 50 yards away that takes you into the city.
A taxi into city centre costs about £8 roughly taking about 10 minutes.
There's also an Asda only 5 minute walk or 90 seconds by car.
Plenty of fast food outlets nearby.
Great views of the harbour and forth river.
All in allgood value for money.
