Urban Cedar Hot Tubs & Spas

I can't recommend Urban Cedar highly enough..Excellent customer service from start to finish. On delivery, the installers faced a mammouth task getting up steep steps etc. Nothing was too much trouble, with such a lovely attitude. The hot tub itself is 😍.

We had our Sports Deep hot tub delivered and installed on Friday. Because of the pandemic we had to wait a while, but we were kept well informed. The delivery went very smoothly - the installers had to navigate through a field to reach our garden but made it look really easy. They were very knowledgeable and talked us through how to operate and dose the hot tub. The hot tub is great quality and we are delighted with it.

We took delivery yesterday. Delivery and instalation were first class and the hot tub looks brilliant in the garden. This is our third hot tub (the first one from this company) and it is clearly of a very high quality. The Cedar elements are obviously stylish and to be frank the whole thing looks terrific. We are particularly impressed with the near silent circulation pump and the sensible controls. Yes this is the best so far - and hard to know how it could be improved.

We just had our Urban Cedar Hot Tub delivered. We ordered it in March! After several delays, it was definitely worth the wait. We love it. It looks beautiful in the garden and is working perfectly - warm and bubbly just as we imagined it would be. Urban Cedar kept us informed on the Covid and shipping delays which were out of their control and when they did deliver the hot tub they turned up when they said they would and the installation went smoothly. We were happy with their service and the product and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love our new hot tub!!! It looks so different from any other we have seen. it’s a stunning feature in the garden that looks really classy compared to others on the market and it’s so much fun!!!

It took a long time for our product to arrive due to high demand but we really like it. It looks very nice and works quite well. It is still early days but we hope everything remains well. The wood around the the hot tub looks fantastic!

I Have been searching for a hot tub for some time. I am quite pernicity and do lots of research. I saw one of these hot tubs online and loved the look. After more research I looked at another company with great reviews and a great price. I had messaged urban cedar and forgot all about them. Out the blue I got a phone call from the Boss Anthony. We spoke on the phone for nearly 1 hour . WHAT A LOVELY CHAP. He opened my eyes to the other company and explained all a out the pros and cons of the other tubs I was looking at. Anyway the more we chatted it was the obvious choice to go with his hot tubs

My wife purchased an Urban Cedar Hot Tub for me as a birthday present. When the tub was delivered it was wrapped in a huge red bow which was fantastic. The guys were really professional, friendly and efficient during the installation and the tub looks absolutely brilliant on our decking. Many thanks to Anthony and the team for making my birthday extra special.
