Thank you Mrs Mathhews for this bad review, you did not tell people that you never cleaned the tubs, and that you expect use to to come over every week to do it for you. in your words "when you purchase a tub its the responsibility of the hot tub company to come and clean it every week for the first year" you also did not tell everyone that you where so abusive that the police had to be called.
so I would say to any hot tub company stay away from her, unless you wish to be abused and have a direct line to the police.

They are cowboys who promise the world but deliver nothing. I am left with a hot tub that doesn’t filter and a pool that doesn’t heat and nobody responds to messages or answers the phone for months. Then when I finally get a response it’s denying responsibility and refusal to speak to me! Don’t use them!!
