Arran is a 37mm grass with the latest technology and fibres so it stands out from the crowd. Arran has a strong fibre to help it stand up along with a soft feel. Ailsa is a 22mm grass which is great for transforming a slippery decking or a hard to cut area in the garden. Bute is a 32mm grass which has different colours tones through it to give a more natural all year round look.

The use of artificial grass on sports pitches is forever becoming more popular, as studies and statistics show that it's more cost effective, durable, and safer than a natural grass pitch alternative. CY Turf's artificial grass has been specially designed for sports fields to avoid muddy and uneven pitches after use.
CY Turf recommendation is to keep the grass clean from debris and spray the grass twice a year with a weed killer to stop anything growing in the fibres. Grass can be brushed up if it looks flat. Our grasses all have an 8 year manufacturing warranty and would expect them to last around 20years. It all depends on the access and ground conditions, we can normally install around 25m2 in a day.

When the materials in a pitch become heavily compacted, it reduces their ability to drain rainwater and the pitch ends up becoming flooded. Waterlogged pitches are more slippery and can result in groin strains and twisted ankles from overstretching. Naturally, players will move the fibres of your pitch around as they play.

I contacted CY Turf to get a quotation for artificial grass in both my front and back gardens. Duncan was great and very knowledgeable and able to advise what would be best. Andy and the lads were great and… completed the work in three days to an excellent standard. They replaced the grass in my front garden and installed a brick border around the flowerbed and replaced fencing, built a patio and replaced the grass in my back garden. Absolutely delighted with the work and would highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Communication was great the whole way through and the work completed was excellent. The guys doing the turf installation were thorough with all the prep and the finished lawn looks amazing. I had been let down by a builder who was to do slab work ahead of turf and the guys actually did the work - and to a standard better than the builder would, I expect! I highly recommend them, was so reassuring working with a company that cares about their customer!
