Artificial grass is the perfect, low maintenance alternative to natural grass. However, some regular maintenance is recommended to ensure maximum life expectancy of your artificial grass. Regularly remove leaves and debris using a stiff brush or a leaf blower (for best results). Brush against the pile direction of the grass regularly using a stiff brush to lift the grass pile and improve the aesthetic appearance of the lawn.

We had our grass fitted by SGS back in May this year (2021) and they have done a great job.
Our garden slopes in several directions and the 'grass area' was prone to water gathering in huge puddles every time it rained. This caused it to turn into a mucky, messy area and was getting to the stage it was unusable for our 2 kids and dog (the dog was still using it but brought more of the garden indoors with every visit!)
We decided to go for artificial grass to cover an area of approx 36 metered square, to try and give us some garden back. We had 3 companies quote and decided to go with SGS as they

Great service from start to completion, the lady from the sales department was enthusiastic, attentive and professional.
I would have never thought the fake turf would have looked so great! It was a surprise gift for my mother and the installers completed it over 3 days. The installers were absolutely fantastic they kept me informed and talked through process and made sure we were happy with every detail.
Due to the circumstances we all face we had a delay in receiving the fake turf but it was worth the wait. My mother is over the moon! Thank you.

From start to finish Ian was very helpful and answering calls late at night. Ian and the team done a great job with laying paving slabs and grass to our back garden. In talking with Graham McLaughlin(Business Manager) at Glasgow's Ideal Home Exhibition 2018 regarding replacing a back garden lawn, he came over as very professional. He came and surveyed my requirements 5 days later and gave me a quote that I was happy with, I phoned him 2 days later and accepted the stated price. The complete job took 3 days… which was carried out by Liam McWilliam's team and supervisor David Cummiskey. Liam was a very methodical and enthusiastic worker who was methodical in every detail and with a pleasant personality. Can't praise them high enough.

After a good initial impression, I wanted to proceed with an order - but it didn't happen. There were "communication issues" in advance of the supposed start date which meant I was double booked with someone else. I was told a new date would be booked in and that they'd do all they could to sort it out and make it happen asap and to expect call shortly to confirm things. Calls weren't then made and my voicemails to them were ignored. A few days later I got an email from them telling me they'd just won a big contract and that they won't be able to do my garden any time soon! As might be expected

I am the Club Manager at Virgin Active Health and Racquets club in Hamilton and the job Brian and his team done on our outdoor courts was first class! We were told our courts could not be made playable but SGS proved that wrong and all our racquet members are delighted with the results due to the rejuvenation work that was done.
