Went into this shop to repair a handbag after reading the reviews. To my horror the man behind the counter was obnoxiously rude from the moment I approached him. His attitude was appalling, his tone of voice, his body language and sarcasm was almost as though he was in no need of my custom and purposefully rude.
Needless to say I did not leave my bag and would definitely not promote his services.

I found the shop online and went there in person. The business owner has a great sense of humor but more importantly thorough and confident as he talked me through what he planned to do to fix the wheels of my Dunhill trolley bag. He was impressive and I felt he knew the job. More importantly, I am happy with the result; I've used it and it travelled well. I hope it serves me another 10years 😉. I'll definitely take my other suitcases that have same issues to KPA.

Took in an Antler cabin case where the handle was stiff; an Antler bag that needed a new zip, some stitching and a new buckle; and a watch that needed repair. Ajit at KPA Shoe Repairs did a fantastic job with all 3 items. Great customer service; great price. Would highly recommend.

Got my luggage for a handle and wheels replacement, and when I collected everything looked great.
Today I finally decided to use my fixed luggage to go on a trip, and this is what I find. The inside completely destroyed, the broken pieces left inside and an abandoned screwdriver.
Went to replace a wheel and ended paying for a destroyed luggage.
Update: after using it with 13kg load for 6 blocks, one of the new wheels broke and the other is about to fall.
2nd update. Returned from my trip after 4 days, and of course, the 'quality repaired handle' broke as well. What a surprise.
