I visited a couple of days ago. I had a problem with my car fob. They looked at it and realised that I had put a new battery in upside down. They sorted it out for me and didn’t charge. It was so nice of them, even though I felt a bit silly! Great service. I will definitely go back. I think local businesses should be praised more. Who needs to go to the chain franchises, when we have this little gem in our midst. Thank you so much.

Used them several times now to obtain additional and replacement keys for furniture. Despatch confirmation often received within an hour of placing order . Keys turn up the next day unless the post is delayed . Website really helpful with finding the right keys too. Highly recommended.

My husband took his BMW key for the battery to be replaced. The guy replaced the battery but the key still did not work and they found out that the actual button was the problem. The battery replacement should have cost £50.00 but the guy did not charge my husband. I found this to be unbelievable gesture of good will and customer service in the world where everyone looks to charge you even for the service that are not provided. Thank you Fast Key Services, we will recommend you to everyone.

Honestly the best service I've had to date from any company.
I rarely bother to leave reviews, but when a company is this outstanding, it was the first thing I had to do once home! It's so nice to know that any key issues I should have in the future, I now know I'm in the safest of hands with Fast Keys and I'll never need to look else where!

I needed some replacement keys for an old Thule roof rack I was selling. I placed anon their website at 4pm on a Tuesday which was sent out by 1st class post the same day and received by midday on the Wednesday. The quality was excellent and the service super fast - highly recommended.

I ordered at 2:58pm knowing things were tight for next day delivery (order before 3pm) the keys arrived by first class post the next morning. 2 from 3 worked perfectly 1 unfortunately did not, I emailed the sales email address and within minutes they'd agreed to correct the problem and send the 3rd key out for the same day. Sometimes things go wrong, it's a mark of a business how they respond to that. Fastkeys were awesome and shows good strong management and happy staff. Well done all.
