Andrew was an absolutely fantastic addition to our wedding day. Before the wedding day he was extremely friendly, helpful and always replied to my questions promptly. Andrew was also happy to learn new songs for our ceremony. He contracted our venue before hand and made his arrangements for set up etc which I was really impressed by as it gave us one less thing to worry about on the lead up to the big day.
I offer private piano tuition to all levels - whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced player. Both children and adults are very welcome. Generally, a good age to start is between 7 and 107! I love playing the piano, and am passionate about passing on the gift of music to others. Whether you want to work towards ABRSM/Trinity exams, or just play purely for pleasure, is entirely up to you.
I am located in the Scotstoun area of Glasgow, near to Scotstoun Stadium / Leisure Centre and Jordanhill. My home is easy to reach by car, trains to Scotstounhill, or buses along Dumbarton Road, and there is plenty of easy, free parking. If you prefer, I can come to teach in your home, for a small extra charge.

We booked Andrew for our wedding day fairly last minute as my previous pianist cancelled and wow! I cannot sing Andrew’s praises enough! He played excellently all day, what a talent! He learned my entrance song and the signing of the register song and the exit song and played them perfectly for me walking down the isle. He then travelled to our reception venue where he played for all our guests and everyone commented on how brilliant he was. I also just want to mention that Andrew was able to accommodate a very last minute request to change the signing of the register song which just shows what

Andrew played for our wedding in October 2021 and we would highly recommend him. He was professional and quick to respond and has a wide ranging repertoire that he shared with us. He also offered to learn music that was personal to us for walking down and back up the aisle. On the wedding day he arrived early and sounded amazing. All of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed his music and the sound was fantastic. His services are great value and he really added that extra something to a fantastic day.

Andrew played the piano for my wedding reception and meal - and I can truly say he was absolutely incredible. He is so immensely talented playing everything from beautiful classical , to well know chart hits. His communication from the very start was excellent and he even was able to play a special song we requested that wasn’t on his list. Andrew was great with my daughter and also didn’t mind when my one year old decided to play a duet with him

Andrew played at our wedding venue yesterday and was absolutely fantastic! The song choices were absolutely spot on and what an addition to our day! We have received so many compliments about how fantastic it made the meal by having him there! Communication was amazing which made everything so easy and he’s so lovely in person too. I got married just this Friday and Andrew kindly provided the music for not just our wedding breakfast but also for me walking down the aisle and during our drinks reception - he was amazing!!
His piano playing added to the whole day, he played not just requests by David & I but from our guests too. When Andrew took a break our guests wondered as to where he was as they missed his music!

Andrew played at our wedding in the Dalmeny Park on 8th august 2021. He was absolutely amazing, setting a really beautiful atmosphere. He played me down the aisle and then played during the meal and drink reception. Loads of guests commented how good he was and even the resident piper at the hotel said he was by far the best pianist he had heard.
When booking Andrew he replied quickly and helped us pick songs for walking down the aisle to. He made the whole process so stress free.

Andrew played the piano at our wedding on the 2nd of October. I can not sing his praises loud enough. He was utterly professional before and during, and was so accommodating and understanding with all the last minute changes, and even more changes resulting from covid.

Andrew was very professional and provided an exceptionally high quality service to us from start to finish. Andrew was extremely helpful and supportive when we were making changes to our day due to Covid-19. He provided us with his repertoire of music and gave us the option to choose 3 songs for him to learn which added an extra personal touch to our day.
