The Volkswagen (VW) T5 / T6 are one of the most popular base vans for a camper van or motor caravan conversion. With a high specification and build quality it is a great choice for your base van for any mid-sized conversion. Camper Kong boasts that we put the best conversion into a T5 or T6. Sturdy, well made with 15mm furniture and a proper leisure battery system plus any other add ons or extras you want on your Volkswagen to make it stand out.
One of Camper Kong's favourite conversions as both vans provide plenty of space for customising to your own needs and design. The Long Wheel Base Mercedes Sprinter is ideal for sports home conversions due to the length. One of Camper Kong's favourite vehicles to work with, ultra reliable, with the space for many different set outs.
These three vehicles are very similar and provide an excellent camper van conversion base which Camper Kong can customise to your own specific requirements. The Citron Relay has a gross vehicle weight of up to four tonnes, with payloads of almost two tonnes. It is available in five lengths, four wheel bases and three heights encompassing usable spaces from 8 meters cubed to 17 meters cubed.

Jason converted a LWB Sprinter box van into a stunning adventure mobile with a beautiful finish. Jason is a pro van converter, I doubt he has equal in the UK (I travelled up and down it's breadth to find him!) in terms of his engineering prowess to turn dreams into physical reality within that small space. The best part of dealing with Jason is the excellent after sales service to make sure you are absolutely happy with your van.

Absolutely brilliant We had our motorhome conversion done by another company but Jason didn't hesitate when we asked if he could fit a new shower tray to replace the insubstantial one that was fitted. Jason had the welder next door make a new one out off Aluminium and then fitted it. The job was completed in less than 2 days.

Jason & his team converted my Transit van exactly to the very specific specification I requested; there is a long waiting list (testament to this man's incredible attention to detail and value), but once he gets started on it it's done in a flash, and the finish is perfect. Money well spent, and a year of ski trips & biking weekends away it's still a joy to use.
