Services
As a family business established over 30 years ago, we take pride in offering our customers the highest quality tanalised garden sheds, home offices, workshops and other garden buildings. We manufacture all buildings in our Stafford workshop in the Midlands and deliver directly to you across the UK, giving you bespoke wooden buildings at factory prices.
As well as building and supplying high quality timber garden buildings, we also offer a range of services to help improve and maintain your existing sheds, greenhouses, stables, wooden workshops, summerhouses and playhouses. If you would like to discuss any of these additional services, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We manufacture a wide range of tanalised garden buildings, from garden sheds and summerhouses to home offices and heavy duty workshops. All of our buildings are made from tanalised, FSC certified timbers and come with a 15-year guarantee against fungul rot and decay. We can build to any size and have a wide range of optional extras available, including EPDM roofing, steel roofing, double doors and security kits.
If you're choosing a building from our existing range, we have a selection of optional extras and upgrades available and we can build to any size (additional costs apply). Alternatively, we can work with you to design something brand new, from pencil and paper through to timber and screws. Call today on 01785 252277 to speak with our team.
All of the timber buildings made here at the Viking Garden Buildings come pressure treated as standard, using a highly established and widely approved wood preservative called Tanalith E. This is a chrome and arsenic free timber preservative that is both safe for the environment and for animals. Using pressure treatment, this preservative is impregnated into the woods structure, providing reliable long-term protection.

Stunning bespoke workshop. I called down to the factory and met Cordelia who was extremely helpful and informative in helping me choose a 16' x 12' workshop. Gave me a delivery date of just three weeks (in this day and age, thats outstanding!), which was confirmed via email, they then sent me a reminder a week before the delivery. On the day the base wasnt as good as it should have been (me listening to 'builder' friends!!) but the two guys who were there to install worked incredibly hard and got it sorted, I now have a workshop that feels extremely solid and will outlast me, I love it, thank you

My Father in law bought a Viking shed some 7 to 8 years ago and what a great shed it has been, with little to no maintenance he's had no problems, so on that basis I had no issues with ordering one for myself, this was delivered and erected by Viking employees in mid December 2020, I was a little unhappy initially with the finished visual impact of… the upgraded rubber roof with the ends just left dangling in the wind down the long sides and the RH opening door (double door opening) seemed to be warped at the top and has to be forced shut and held by the top of the 2 turn lock buckles, when

Really shocking experience with Viking Garden Buildings! Poor communication, customer service and shoddy workmanship. Numerous times I was left without an update on my requests. When the contractors came to install, they brought a much shorter piece of rubber for the roof, so had to come back to fit the longer piece. They just took the whole lot… off in pouring rain, without attempting to feed the other piece in and protect the wood. There were blobs of silicone around the glass, which looked a mess and numerous nails had missed there intended target, leaving punctures/splits and a risk

Received my shed and overall very happy with it, really nice hinges and locks that look better than my house. Also it was sealed on instillation so no worries of dampness in the future, great quality. If you want a solid shed that looks good then go for a Viking shed not a cheap run of the mill build.

After extensive research on the internet, it was obvious that Viking were the cheapest supplier in the UK of the Palmako Iris. I contacted them and spoke with David who advised me on the order process, timings and what additional materials to acquire. I felt very confident dealing with the company and saved several hundred pounds on this quality product. My sons and I had decided to make the cabin as a project even though we have only limited DIY skills and the end result was much better than we thought it would be, we also had good fun making it too. I would definitely recommend this company and

I recently purchased a "Robert Carport " from Viking . It was delivered on time and was superbly packaged with an excellent booklet of detailed plans and full erection instructions with detailed measurements.
I erected this unit mostly on my own (I am 76 years old but active ) with help from a neighbour and my long suffering wife of some 50 years , she painted all the roof planks (80) before erection . . I rented a hand operated fork lift to get the huge weighty beams in place but the rest was just me and a mate .
To say we are delighted with the resultant carport is an understatement . It was
