Absolute shocker of a business that has no idea what stock or what is happening in their warehouse.
Emailed and asked prior to ordering if they had 30 picnic benches in stock, told yes, over 50 in stock, so peaced an ordered worth over £4,000.
At the time of ordering checked that they could also be delivered week commencing 5th July.
Week commencing 5th July, call to see when delivery would take place, no call back. Tuesday called again as received an email overnight to say they only had 10 in stock and the other 20 would be 2 more weeks.
Friday morning still awaiting confirmation of delivery

Absolutely appalling company, ordered our goods 7th April 2021. We rang 26th 27th 28th 29th and 30th April to see if we had secured a patio set from the recent delivery. Every time we were met with personnel who weren't sure would have to go off and find out and promised to email us back suffice to say no one emailed once, no follow up call, nothing. It took calling again on Friday 30th to express our sheer disappointment and anger to Grace to manage the promise of a call back. Once finally delivered on the 24th May 2021 the patio set was damaged and bent. We have had to email most days since and

Only 1 part of the item arrived (the table top- no legs or benches). Contacted customer services on numerous occasions and subsequently they have sent out replacements twice, and on both occasions the package has been lost in transit? It's now been over a month with no end in sight, or any prospect on when I might actually get the product. After reading another review about someone with a similar experience, I feel like this is something they may do frequently. Perhaps they send the first part to ensure it arrives within their 14 day limit? Would not recommend

Item arrived faster than expected but broken on arrival (shed); one roof component panel faulty.
Emailed Garden Street 16th Jun who responded immediately, advised me they would look into it. Ten days later I have heard nothing and am worried I’m now the owner of a broken unbuilt shed! I have been sending them emails asking for updates and tried to call but am unable to as their phone lines are down.
I’m not one for leaving bad reviews until I feel a company has had sufficient time to rectify the problem, however, ten days with no update isn’t good in my opinion. Even a “sorry for the

I went to their shop to buy a planter and when i mentioned i was looking for a bin shelter too the staff were really helpful. We looked through all the ones they had on the computer and John ordered one for me and said they would deliver it to me in a few days for free. I've finally painted it and put it up and its just what i wanted!
