We required a recovery for my mum’s car and I can not rate Urban Vehicle Logistics enough for there first class service.
The whole team at Urban from the management to the drivers are professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. They will go above and beyond to get the job done.

Has been a pleasure using Urban vehicle Logistics for recovery services very organised they will even make sure they have the driver has the number for pick up and collection.
What I love also is that they will check the car and give you a copy of any Marks and scuffs that was on the vehicle before they touch it.
Everyone in the office is helpful and on point.

Just had our ambulance moved by these guys and I can honestly say I have never received customer service to this level before.
