Stay away from this company. I ordered grass for my garden with a confirm delivery for 3rd May, first delivery in the morning. I did explain them very clearly that my landscapers will be here on the day to unload and complete the job same day. I made a call around 12noon when the delivery didn't show up and also my landscapers started to loose patience. I was told by Nicola that her colleague has spoken to me that it cant be delivered on 3rd but will be delivered on 14th May instead. How can they speak to me when I was not in the country for 10 days after placing my order. She said that nothing
