No refund and no goods. Shoddy.
Ordered 1st July 2021, no goods arrived so messaged. Reply said give it a few more days. Still no goods arrived. Replied to message and told they would send another. Left another week and no goods arrived. Messaged again. Told they would refund. Left another week and no refund. If no refund very soon, I will have to raise a Visa dispute. Poor service.

I ordered some artificial grass on line, I put the measurements of what I needed but then started to question myself - I rang the company, asked them to check I had done it correctly, I hadn't, they corrected it & my order was dispatched.
It was a great service, nothing to much trouble & great quality grass.

After receiving many samples from various companies, we plumped for the Luxury Plus 2000 from No Mow.
We installed it in November and then it went through the whole winter with some garden furniture stored on top of it. After removing the furniture to its rightful spot after our garden revamp, the inevitable dents left by the furniture were exposed. We need not have worried as after a quick brush up the lawn was as good as new and no sign that the dents had ever been there.
It is easier to sweep clean than a carpet making removal of leaves etc. a doddle.
The lawn looks natural and we are delighted

Customer service terrible. Rude staff taking phone calls. Once they have your money they do not want to engage in conversation. I did not get my grass when they promised which cost me a lot of money due to having landscaper on site. Pass the blame on to somebody else all the time. Would NOT recommend this company. Stay clear

Firstly, and most important, the quality of grass and material is to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the result. However, customer service is an absolute pain. We didn’t receive any notification of order process/status and we had to chase up over phone for a delivery date. On the day delivered, our items were on different vans which needed to again be followed up by phone to rectify. Great product, but our service experience was very unsatisfactory.
