Simple Design Services is an Engineering and Construction Consultants employing Chartered Engineers and Architectural Technicians and engaging building developers. Simple Design Services southern England and was formed by Simon Heathorn, Chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist CEng CEnv MICE Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
A Structural Engineers Report for home owners or purchasers includes a visual inspection of the entire property, or a particular area, to determine the structural condition. This could include inspecting all the readily accessible load-bearing elements of the property or a specific concern. The inspection will also include investigating the surrounding area to identify any potential risk to the foundations from nearby trees etc.
Simple Design Services are experienced in designing all types of buildings, from the smallest Kitchen/Dining Room extension, internal structural alterations or extensions to domestic residential houses and bungalows to multi storey offices, warehouses, industrial buildings, retail units. We use all the latest construction methods and materials and comply with Local Authority Building Regulations.
Simple Design Services are Structural Engineers based in Burridge, Southampton, Hampshire. Our design and inspection service covers South East England including Hampshire, Berkshire and West Sussex areas. Our customers are typically from the Locks Heath, Whiteley, Titchfield and Fareham areas, however, we also cover the other areas of Hampshire.
There would still be an opportunity to make the most of this. Simple Design Services have handled a few projects for me and I have been satisfied with each one. Simon Heathorn is very thorough and produced the required calculations and plans after a site visit, often sooner than expected. He also always responds to any questions that I might have. Great service, highly recommend. Simon (engineer) was very friendly and helpful. Explained the whole process of extending our kitchen (open plan),which was greta for first time buyers like me. Also helped understand the legal steps required from my side and where I could get further info on what to do.
