Been calling/chasing for months to get an MRI scan, no one ever calls back. Finally got an email back today and they have not accepted note from consultant neurologist requesting an MRI scan and have said it needs to be from one of their consultants or the GP. Could have raised this at any time in the last few months. Appalling service (and this is with private medical insurance).

I came to this hospital as a private care patient under mr sterne for a breast enlargement and I can honestly say it's the best hospital stay I've had. All staff were very friendly and caring and looked after me very well. I would also like to say a big thank you to mr sterne I've had a tummy tuck with him and now my breast enlargement and can honestly say you are the best thank you for giving me my confidence back ❤

I have been attempting to arrange a private MRI for 5 days. I called the Radiology department 15 times over 5 day period and left 4 voice messages. I'm still awaiting a call back. Very very disappointed with the lack of service.

One of the least professional doctor ever met in the Uk is Dr. Revathi Manivasagam from BMI priory hospital very unprofessional, unmannered, wouldn’t recommend

Didn't feel very well looked after following total knee replacement surgery-1st night I couldn't sleep in the bed the mattress was so worn but thankfully a nurse who agreed with me changed the bed at 11.35pm. from 5.30pm till 11.30pm I kept asking for some pain relief - NOTHING at all then a nurse told me they had lost my meds list left by the… surgeon so they had to send for a doctor to issue some. I was in agony - the physio virtually none existent I never did get the booklet of exercises I should have had - I had to look on the Internet to find out what to do

JUST WOW!!! From admission to discharge I could not have been in safer, more caring hands. Thank you to everyone involved in my procedure and after care. Nurses Rachel, Elizabeth, Hannah and Emma (unforgettable 😉) If I haven't mentioned you, sorry, I should have made notes 😂 But, you are all 2nd to none. Consultant Surgeon, pre-op, admission,… anesthesia, recovery, nurses, physiotherapy, catering, you are all amazing!!! The reassurance and attention given to me on the day of my procedure soon calmed all the anxiety and worries I had and soon put a smile back on my face. And

Thank you to Cathryn the Imagery Manage and her staff for getting me booked in for a ultrasound scan quite quickly last week. I am in pain all the time so I do appreciate it. Everything, including the scan was done professionally . Many thanks

I would highly recommend the West Midlands Hospital. From reception to discharge I was so well ooked after, with pre and post op information given clearly. Really clean and modern facilities, it made me feel very well cared for. Sarah the lovely nurse who looked after me was amazing. Thank you all for taking care of me during my stay.

Absolutely brilliant staff. Felt so safe and calm , they where kind and reassuring .The hospitality after procedure ,was lovely tea and sandwiches. Fantastic . People . Fantastic care. Fantastic hospital. Stay safe .

I said I would update my original review from January this year so here we go:
I had surgery with Mr Sterne on August 21st. Both him and the West Midlands Hospital team have been amazing from start to finish! Mr Sterne's team have been so responsive to my endless calls and emails since my consultation and kept in touch regularly with updates and advice when my procedure was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Jude in particular has the patience of a saint! My surgery went perfectly and I'm healing well; Mr Sterne came highly recommended and is indeed the wizard that people said he is! The nursing

I went to have stitches taken out. The nurse I dealt with was rude. Due to my surgery I'm not allowed to wear a face covering, she shown a lack of knowledge and understanding when I explained to her. Unprofessional.

The staff are friendly and willing to help I had a great time in such a frightening experience I felt cared for 100% by all staff including the theatre staff and doctors and Surgeon thank you so very much. Clean and tidy always people cleaning up after every person in this corona time 5*

This has to be one of the best hospitals I have ever been to both from patient and visitor experience. The outpatient service was efficient and well structured. The staff are welcoming and cheerful. The ward staff were amazing everyone I came into contact with. Nurses. The ward team. The support team. Lovely lovely ladies. Didn’t want to leave 😂😂.… The surgical team showed an interest and explained everything. It was all so well coordinated I didn’t have any time for the worries or fears I thought i would have. The anaesthetist was perfect balance of explaining

From the moment I arrived I was looked after and informed of everything that would happen step by step. Every member of staff was exceptional.

Great experience from start to finish, had breast augmentation with Dr Guy Sterne.
What a lovely man and excellent caring surgeon.
The staff were all amazing not just at the hospital but Dr sternes staff also.
