I had spinal surgery on 6th November. After coming out of surgery I had oxygen mask on for a few hours. Nurse came and changed it later to nasal. Removed it to do something and forgot to put it back in. When they came to check on me again hours later they asked if I'd taken it out, told them no you did. To get a response thank god your not dead. Sent home after 3 days of being there and it's been a nightmare ever since. I've been to a&e 3 times as I've been really poorly. 3rd visit to a&e was after waking up feeling like I was on fire. Not once had the staff given me blood thinning injections,

Had a operation on the 26th October with Mr chin all the staff was amazing and kind and made me feel at ease as I was a bit nervous. The nurse who looked after me before and after was so lovely and nothing was to much trouble and really made sure I was well enough to go home. I would like to say a big thank you to Mr chin for listening to me and doing the operation after years of no one else listening to me. Amazing hospital.

I have just been discharged from Rowley Hall Hosp, I was there 2nights. The treatment was first class and the staff friendly and professional.the food was outstanding and portions generous. Single occupancy rooms for inpatients, my room was clean, ensuite and with a lovely view of the gardens or grounds. Room has TV free to view. Honestly, I cannot recommend Rowley Hall Hosp enough and thankyou all the staff for making me feel cared for.

This is my third knee replacement but my first at Rowley Hall.
The service I received from all at Rowley Hall was absolutely first class, from the quality of the catering to the post physio, I was treated with dignity and compassion throughout.Having had previous knee replacements and suffered with post op chronic pain( all at another hospital) the staff listened to me and took the time to ensure that my pain relief was both effective and necessary.All staff were professional and friendly and reassured me throughout my stay.

I attended today for a procedure on my finger. I was extremely impressed by all of the care and due diligence given to me . I was a nervous patient and due to the care I got from my nurse Rose I was put at ease straight away . As I went into theatre and was met by my consultant Mr Malhotra the care was brilliant. All met with some calming humour and total control. I cannot fault anything from Mr Malhotra and his amazing team . Thank you so much and I can now continue to work without pain. X
