Just like to thank the lads from RJ machinery for their help I have a small workshop in Wicklow Ireland and just before Christmas my saw ( Altendorf f45 elmo drive) stopped working, I was told I needed contactors and was having awful problems getting parts in Ireland,so rang Justin in RJ machinery ( couldn't have been more helpful ) got parts within 2 days, unfortunately this wasn't the problem as saw still wasn't working, the saw had been down for 3 weeks now and not much getting done in workshop at busiest time of year, didn't know what to do next so rang Chris in RJ machinery and after a couple

A great company to deal with for both purchasing from and selling to.
We argreed a sale and purchase price for various machines.
Decommissioning and collections were organised and went very smoothly. The new equipment was delivered and commissioned, again when agreed and without any problems.
The staff are polite and efficient.
I will definitely be in touch in the future.

R&J Machinery LTD have honestly saved my life and livelihood this week. A massive credit to their team!
I did not know it was possible to go from sending a brand new machine back to an alternative company for a full refund on a Wednesday dinner time. To having a brand new machine pre built, then stripped again, ready to be delivered. Up and running for me on the friday. If that is not astonishing service i really dont know what is. Have been taken for a ride by this company. Charged me for a full day for an engineer to service and adjust my edgebander. The Engineer was unable to do this as he couldnt get his head around it. Justin promised they would send another engineer, which took over 2 weeks just to hear back from them.
Despite the report clearly stating the engineer did nothing during his three hours here. Justin has issued another invoice for another engineer for even more money this time.
Please feel free to contact me for further information, but do not use them for anything, they are running a con show.
