I have had such a positive experience doing supply teaching work with Always Flourishing. They have always found me suitable daily work and given me as much notice as possible. Jamie in particular has been professional, hard working, supportive and friendly. He has always answered any of my queries promptly and communicated well with the schools to sort out anything to do with my contracts. They stay in regular communication with you even when you're on longer contracts, which is also helpful. Great agency to work with and would recommend if you're looking to do supply teaching work.

Andrew Cooper is brilliant! He was always so polite and encouraging. I was employed very quickly. He was so supportive and kind and he knows how to match teachers with schools. I definitely recommend joining the recruitment agency. All the members of staff are always quite helpful and friendly. Fabulous agency. Totally professional but really friendly & supportive too. I've been with them for years. Jamie is my main contact. He is more like a close friend than a colleague or point of contact. He always does his best for me and never tries to push me into anything I don't want to do. Always Flourishing is a fantastic teaching agency to work for! My first ever role as a teaching assistant was with this company and they made me feel so welcome. I have been provided with exceptional advice and they also listen to my availability needs, allowing me to be entirely flexible in order to balance other commitments.
