Helen originally trained for a degree as a Fine Artist at the prestigious art school in Norwich; she also loved baking cakes. Combining these two passions, Helen embarked on a career in cake design and production; of course the cakes tasted amazing but her speciality was in the decoration. Services
When you visit our shop, there is always something going on. We have an open kitchen where you will see us making cakes of all shapes and sizes. You are most welcome to peruse our catalogue of incredible cakes or just sit outside and enjoy our garden. When it comes to your imagination, there are no limits on what sort of cake design is possible, our answer will always be yes!
Ollie is the artist who creates these detailed characters from polymer clay. He will take your photographs and turn them into little 'cartoon' versions of you and your loved ones to keep as a delightful memento which will last long after the cake has been eaten and the guests have gone home.
He will copy clothing, for example a bride a groom could be dressed as they would be on their wedding day, or dress the figures as characters, such as Princess Leah and Hans Solo.He can make motorbikes, cars, trikes, planes or boats, include pets, hobbies or life long passions in the design and in fact, he can make a whole wedding party, if that's what you want.

Our iced biscuits make wonderful wedding or party favours. They can be shaped and iced to suit any occasion and packaged in a cellophane bag with ribbon to match, they make delightful gifts for your guests. Iced biscuits start from 2.75 with a minimum order of 8, making them an affordable addition to your day.

My husband and I got married in September 2021 and we had been having a tough time trying to decide on the type of cake that we wanted so eventually we decided on having more than one and found the Incredible Cake Company. They made us an 8" iced Victoria sponge to cut and then a coffee cake and a lemon cake and a range of various flavours of cupcakes and they were all delicious! We couldn't have been happier x

Helen did our gorgeous wedding cake, it was a 2 tier sponge (bottom layer victoria sponge, top tier chocolate ganache). It was absolutely delicious! She took great detail to get everything looking how we wanted it. The flowers she made matched by bouquet which was really lovely. There were so many compliments on it. Thank you so much Helen

Helen made our wedding cake and is incredibly talented. As well as looking amazing it tasted amazing and the customer service we received was brilliant. We got exactly what we asked for, including two tiers of differing types of cake, one of which was dairy free. She even managed to deliver the cake in tact after having driven down a very bumpy and steep unmade road! (should have warned you about that, sorry!) Thank you so much for making our day with your cake!

My name is Geraldina Gilder and my sister's and I, at short notice, asked the incredible cake company to help us out with our mother's funeral wake. We asked them to produce cup cakes of varying flavours, including vegan. The end results were amazing. Not only were the cakes delicious, they were a perfect addition to our mother's wake.

These guys made an absolutely amazing cake for my Mum's 60th. My sister said the service from start to finish was excellent, and Mum was delighted with her wholly personal cake. It included icing models of her pets and a couple of knitted jumpers she's made for her granddaughter. The whole cake looked like it had been knitted, complete with buttons and yarn and needles! Thanks so much to The Incredible Cake Company for creating such a wonderful gift for our Mum. Would definitely order again!
